Sylve Chevet is the co-founder and CEO of Hyli, the new proof-powered L1 to build the next generation of apps.
With a background from HEC Paris and ENS, Sylve’s career spans experience in tech startups and venture capital. He later became a product manager at Ledger. Afterward, he co-founded the NFT protocol briq with his long-time friend Lancelot de Ferrière. Together, they launched Hyli in early 2024.
Passionate about privacy and freedom, Sylve believes that safeguarding them requires building trust infrastructure, especially through provable apps.

Lancelot de Ferrière is the co-founder and CTO of Hyli, the new proof-powered L1 to build the next generation of apps.
A graduate of HEC Paris, Lancelot discovered his love for data science during a semester abroad in the United States. He honed his skills at JobTeaser, where he spent four years in developer and data roles. In 2021, his long-time friend Sylve Chevet invited him to co-found the NFT protocol briq, which eventually led to the creation of Hyli in early 2024. At Hyli, Lancelot oversees the entire tech stack, from front-end and back-end to infrastructure and onchain development.
An avid open-source enthusiast, Lancelot has contributed to 0 A.D. for over 13 years.
